From roof measurements to production packets.
Estimator guides roofing teams through measurements, quantities, labor, pricing, customer documents, signed closeout, Crew SOWs, and production packets without rebuilding the job between stages.
Start with the roof, not a blank spreadsheet.
Import Roofr measurements or enter each structure manually. Estimator carries pitches, material requirements, labor, pricing, and upgrades through one guided estimate.
The signed contract stays bound to the estimate.
Customer documents unlock only after upgrade and discount decisions are confirmed. The signed contract is registered against the exact downloaded estimate PDF used for customer closeout.
Production gets a packet it can trust.
Estimator prepares the Crew Scope of Work and combined production packet from the reviewed job documents. Downloads, delivery attempts, retries, skips, failures, and—when Command-linked—the Beacon Files handoff remain part of the operating record.
Estimator started on a roofing desk.
Before Estimator was a Beacon product, it was an internal project at Redstone Roofing—built around the estimating workflow of a working roofing contractor.
As the software grew beyond Redstone's own needs, Estimator became an independent product and eventually the starting point for Beacon itself.
Today, Beacon and Redstone Roofing are separate companies, but the relationship remains close. Redstone continues to serve as an operational partner, giving Estimator a direct connection to the day-to-day realities of running a contractor.
Built beyond one company. Still informed by the work that started it.
Build the estimate. Prepare the job.
Estimator is licensed independently inside Beacon Work and connects with Command when both paid products are active.
